The miniput is crafted from aluminum alloys. Various types of aluminum alloys are utilized to optimize the miniput.

If you are looking to return or exchange your order, for whatever reason, we are here to help! You can return your product within 30 days of delivery of the product forstore credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Returned items must be returned in the original product packaging.

Returned items must be in new condition and have no visible signs of use.

Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. You will receive a label to your email address that needs to be printed and fixed onto the return box. You can bring the parcel to your local mail service and send it back. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. DOLFINOS Ltd will reimburse any payments received excluding custom duties, delivery & returning costs, and packaging costs after receipt of the withdrawal notice. This will take place within 30 days by reimbursement via the payment method used for the original transaction.

We recommend shipping tracked and insured. DOLFINOS Ltd is not responsible for any lost shipments. Damaged products will not be refunded.
